Installation Steps of Soundproof Cabin
Measurement
First, measure the dimensions of the space where the soundproof cabin will be installed to determine the required materials and quantities. Also, determine the placement and categorization.
Preparation

Installation of Vertical Columns
Place the pod base and erect four reinforced aluminum profiles at each corner. Pay attention to the orientation of each column to avoid rework.
Top and Wiring Installation
Align the top cover with the holes of the four columns and cover them. Lay out the wiring from top to bottom, leaving holes according to the positions of sockets, lighting fixtures, air conditioning, etc.
Side Panels, Acoustic Cotton, and Power Installation
Install the side panels on both sides in order, then insert the acoustic cotton using the same method. Lastly, install the interior panels with sound-absorbing boards and connect the power lines.
Glass, Door, and Lock Installation
If there is a glass wall on the back of the pod, insert the glass into the corresponding holes on both sides. Install the glass panels for the door and the glass door itself. Pay attention to the hinge position for the glass door, which should have good sealing ability for optimal soundproofing. Finally, install the lock on the glass door.
Lighting Fixtures, Carpet Installation
Install the LED lighting fixtures based on the pre-installed wiring. Lay down the carpet and use special glue to stick it.
