We prioritize not only product quality but also the customer experience. We provide every customer with comprehensive after-sales service, including warranty, technical support, problem resolution, and spare parts supply, ensuring smooth installation and normal use upon receipt of the product.

I.Product Warranty
We offer a five-year warranty on all steel structures and major components (such as walls, roof trusses, columns, and bases). Under normal use and installation, if these components exhibit deformation, cracking, or desoldering, we will repair or replace them free of charge. We also offer a one-year warranty on standard accessories such as doors, windows, electrical wiring, plumbing, lighting, and sockets. Any quality issues within the warranty period will be replaced or reissued free of charge.

II.Installation Drawings and Remote Guidance
With each custom project, we provide a complete installation drawing package, including structural elevations, detailed joint drawings, piping layouts, and assembly instructions. If this is your first time installing a similar project, we can provide a video demonstration and arrange for professional technicians to provide real-time guidance via video conferencing to ensure on-site workers understand the assembly process and precautions.

III.Problem Solving During Use
After project delivery, if you encounter specific issues during use, such as stuck doors and windows, power outages, leaking pipes, loose wall panels, etc., you can contact customer service via WeChat, phone, or email. We will respond within 24 hours and, depending on the situation, provide technical guidance, video calls, or parts replacement, ensuring a clear solution within 72 hours.

IV.Supply of Standard and Custom Parts
We have common parts in stock at our factory, such as windows, sockets, electrical wiring, hinges, door locks, and electrical boxes. If any damage occurs during use, please contact us at any time for replacement. For custom parts, we will also save the design drawings and specifications for each order, allowing you to use the same parts for future repairs or restocks.
